Koerperick Construction Company was founded by
Edwin J. Koerperick in Dubuque, Iowa, after returning from WWII.
The company is currently owned and operated by Ed's son, Dick.
We specialize in custom new construction, remodeling projects, and light commercial construction.
Our emphasis is on quality workmanship with an end product tailored to client satisfaction.
This is accomplished by Dick being present at the job site for constant attention to detail
 and availability for client interaction.

Typically, we operate within a 30 mile radius of Dubuque, Iowa.
